I have an extensive academic and professional experience of more than 16 years. I Have done Ph. D besides M. Com. And M.Phil. from Department of Commerce, Himachal Pradesh University, Himachal Pradesh. I have been associated with teaching of Financial Management, financial Markets, Institutions and Services, Human Resource Management, and Accounting to undergraduate students in Delhi University since 2007. Her area of specialization is Human Resource Management, Finance and Accounting. I have authored two books namely ‘Participative Management' and ‘Human Resource Management'. I have attended as well as presented papers in several national and international conferences. I had participated in more than 10 faculty development programmes and workshops.
