Prof. Rajanikant Verma is presently working as Professor in the Department of Commerce, ofZakir Husain Delhi College Evening (University of Delhi) with more thantwenty-three years of extensive academic and professional experience. He alsooccupied the position of Secretary of Indian Commerce Association Delhi-NCRChapter during February 2017 to March 2022, and presently occupying the positionof Join Secretary of Indian Accounting Association Delhi Chapter and ExecutiveMember of Indian Commerce Association Delhi-NCR Chapter and Indian Accounting Associationat National Level.

 

He has completed his Ph. D. from Department of Commerce, DelhiSchool of Economics, University of Delhi. He holds his all degrees of B. Com.(Hons.), M. Com., M. Phil. from University of Delhi. He has also completed LL.B. Degree from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi and “O” Level in Computerfrom DOEACC Society, An Autonomous Body of Department of InformationTechnology, India. He has also completed several certificates courses on VisualBasic, Statistical Package for Social Sciences, Web Designing HTML, Front Page,Dream Weaver etc.

 

Prof. Verma has also experience of supervising Ph. D. scholars fromDepartment of Commerce, DSE, University of Delhi and has written Seventeenbooks in the area of Attitudinal Changes, Corporate Social Development, Human ResourceManagement, Training and Development, Participative Management, Cyber Crimesand Laws, Business Laws and Industrial Laws. He has organized more thanTwenty-Eight Seminars, Conferences, and Workshops etc. in the differentcapacity of Convenor, Secretary, Joint Secretary and Coordinator and has alsoorganized more than twenty industrial and academic visits in India.

 

Prof. Verma has presented more than seventy-five research papers invarious National and International Seminars, and conferences on various topicsand has published more than thirty-five research articles in various reputedJournals and Edited Books. He has participated in more than fifteen facultydevelopment programs, twenty workshops, twenty-two International Conferencesand more than hundred National Conferences.
