Dr. Md. Jamilur Rahman did his M.A in Bengali language fromUniversity of Delhi in 2010. He also completed his Ph.d from the sameuniversity in 2019. His topic of the Ph.d was “Intertextuality andInterpolation in pre-colonial Pronoy kavyas(selected): Acomparative study”. In his research he has done a comparative study of textsfound in Bengali, Hindi, Persian and Arabic languages. He has participated inmany local, national, and international seminars and workshops. He haspublished several articles in many national and international magazines. Hismain emphasis on research is pre-colonial Bengali literature. He has alsopublished a book on folk literature of Malda as it is also his interest area.However, he loves to teach linguistics in class as it is also one of hisinterest areas.
